Programs

Here you will find information regarding the upcoming/current support groups including locations, dates, and times.Our Support groups are run by parallel volunteers called "facilitators". A typical support group will have two to four facilitators.

Our Support groups run on a weekly basis for a six week time frame. Once a group has been through two sessions, it is closed to any additional attendees. We do this to encourage a sense of familiarity and bonding between the members of each group. We have often seen people in support groups continue on to support each other, long after the formal group sessions have ended.

Peer Contact Info

Parallel's Peer Contact support system, is a telephone based support mechanism, used to connect people with volunteers who have had similar losses. "Peer Contacts"
